Flat Tire

Sunday when we got back to our place, I noticed we had a flat tire. Living full time on wheels, you expect that you’ll eventually get a flat, and with a big caravan on the horizon, this couldn’t have been more perfectly timed. I was also pretty happy that we didn’t have to deal with this on the side of the road.

It turns out that we had a nail or screw puncture our tire.

We hoped that we could upgrade all 4 of our tires before heading to Banff, but at least we were able to get the single tire replaced with the same Marathon tire that the trailer came with.

After Amanda’s delicious corn chowder and pesto rolls last night, we had vegan paleo chocolate chip cookies. My new favorite cookie.

Glad you had the tire incident happen when you did like you said. Now you can be ready to go with a new tire on your caravan trip north:)

Made the Vegan Frosted Brownies for our daughter tonight. It was a big hit!!

We loved Banff! We didn’t travel there via RV, just took an extended weekend vacation there a few years ago. We did a dog sled tour which was expensive but definitely worth it! We also visited the historic Fairmont Springs hotel overlooking Bow Valley. Incredible.
Also, can you share the corn chowder and pesto rolls recipe?? They sound delicious!
