I’ve been waiting to share about this yoga app that we’ve been using, (yes, I said we) to see if we’d actually stick with it.
The app comes with 30 classes that vary in difficulty, length and focus. Generally, we’ve been doing one class each morning before breakfast, but while I was in Chicago I had my travel yoga mat and really enjoyed doing 2 and ending each day with a relaxation class.
In the trailer, we need to modify some poses or shift around in order to fit into the space, but I think this app is WAY better than a video because of the variety and the fact that it’s on the ipad works better with our space. The app also offers you the option to piece together different pose combinations and create your own class.
Dinner Last Night:
I love hearts of palm and Brian loves crab cakes, so when I saw a Hearts of Palm Crab Cakes Recipe on the consistently reliable Olives For Dinner food blog I had to try it. I didn’t have roasted red peppers, but figured it wasn’t necessary since the recipe called for so little. This was fantastic and Brian wants it to go on the menu (which means he wants to have it again).
