I probably spent less than half an hour outside yesterday. I went out with Curtis in the morning and then out for a short walk after dinner. Brian took care of Curtie’s needs during the day.
Some days I’m just locked on the computer working and it bums me out that I can’t go out exploring. At the same time I know how lucky I am to work “from home” and have an interesting view. Fortunately, I don’t work for Yahoo.
Since I didn’t have any outside time yesterday, I’m posting an “old” photo from earlier this month. I took it in Ajo on the way to our hike up Camelback Mountain.
Dinner Last Night:
Meals are getting bleak as a result of poor planning and a minor refrigerator mis-hap. We ran out of propane in the middle of the night the other night, and in the morning when I switched tanks, (we could have it switch automatically but we don’t so we know when one empties) I forgot to turn the refrigerator back on. So I think some food defrosted slightly and then re-froze. Fortunately, we only had a few things in the freezer, but I think it made things taste a little funky.
I have 3 more meals up my sleeve, and then we’ll have to get creative.

Gotta love when you have to get “creative” with the meals! My wife and I grocery shop only once a month to cut down on our grocery bill so that we can get out of debt quicker, and it being the last day of Feb is making it rough on us! Although I think March might be rougher since it has a few more days tacked on to the end!
