Last night was our last night of free camping for the next 2 weeks. We’re headed up to Oregon today and while I did find some boondocking spots there, they don’t look like they have good enough cell service for us to work with.
Speaking of last night, we had a 5.7 earthquake. The epicenter was Greenville, CA which is about 60 miles from here. It lasted for a really long time and has continued to have aftershocks through the night. Most recently at 5:35 this morning.
Dinner Last Night:
Chickpea Tacos. The danger of saving your recipes as bookmarks is there’s always a possibility that the website might go away. That’s what happened with my chickpea taco recipe.
As long as we have the Internet Archive, also known as the Way Back Machine, there’s a backup. That’s how I retrieved my chickpea tacos recipe. Though for safe keeping, I’ve also saved the recipe to my google docs drive.
For chickpea tacos, you really don’t need the recipe, I just remember liking the spice combination in it. Next time I’ll probably just use my penzey’s taco seasoning. Note to self: Don’t buy taco shells, the last 3 times they’ve been stale!
