As the days pass, the nights are getting colder. After a lot of discussion, we’ve decided to do one more week in Colorado. Even though some National Parks in Utah are re-opening for 10 days with funding from the state (thanks for the link Tim), camping options that would work for us in Utah are really limited.
So today we’re moving on to Telluride and Ouray. We’re planning to stay in between the two towns at Ridgeway State Park. Hopefully one of their spots with cell service is available.
Dinner Last Night:
The night before last I made a pad thai recipe that I’m not even going to link to. Brian liked it, but I thought it tasted like ketchup.
Last night we had dinner at a pizza place in Salida called Amica’s. It was delicious. Sorry no photos!
