Getting to our camping spot isn’t a smooth ride. You take Government Wash Road to a dirt road. The dirt road is ok as long as you stay on it (some times it isn’t very obvious) and if you make a wrong turn it can be pretty sandy. That’s how we got stuck when we first got here.
The dirt road then leads to a really bumpy surface. We had to take it REALLY slow when we towed across it.

Brian discovered that the entire bumpy surface is solid gypsum crystals. It shimmers in the sunlight. Kind of like our trailer in the distance.
