Monarch Migration

October 24, 2011  |  blog

Pismo Beach is a destination for Monarch Butterflies that migrate south for the winter. We went to the Monarch Butterfly Grove but it was too early in the season to see any. Apparently November and December are the good months to go. I saw these butterflies in Avila Beach outside of a coffee shop.
