Yesterday we hiked a trail called “The Slot.” Visually it was very different from the Calcite Mines trail, and it was a lot easier. Some sections were quite narrow, and at one point when we ran into other hikers there was a bit of a bottleneck.
The Slot hike reminded me of a question a friend once asked “is hiking like walking?”
