SoCal Beach Camping

This week we’re camping beachside at Thornhill Broome Campground in Point Mugu State Park.

My cousin asked me if it’s the best place we’ve ever camped. It’s nice to be on the beach, but it definitely doesn’t win the best ever award!

Dinner Last Night:
Pineapple, Greens, and Tofu with Roasted Chile-Coconut Dressing. Since I didn’t have Aleppo chile, I substituted 2 teaspoons of cayenne and 2 teaspoons of paprika. I also cooked the tofu.

The recipe made way too much dressing, the recipe should at least be cut in half.
