Salmon Harbor Marina

Saturday night we stayed one night at Salmon Harbor Marina in Reedsport Oregon. It was our first night without any hookups (no power, no water, no sewer).

The picture above was taken at Ziolkouski Beach, which is at the end of Salmon Harbor Drive. The wind and sand was really intense. Overnight the wind and rain were blowing so hard I thought the Airstream was getting pelleted by sand. Turns out the trailer weathered it fine.

Walking distance from where we were camping was a floating restaurant called Ungers Bay. I had the fish and chips and Brian had the clam chowder in a bread bowl. The atmosphere was great, the food was just ok.
