On Friday we drove from the Grand Teton National Forest to Bighorn National Forest for a one night stay on our way to Deadwood, South Dakota.
Unfortunately, it rained during most of the drive and it was really foggy once we got into Bighorn. We could tell that it’s gorgeous, though we couldn’t really see it.
Pictured above is our dispersed camping spot at Elgin Park Trailhead. We were surprised by the number of other RV’s camping in the area, but we were still able to find a fairly private campsite.
Dinner Last Night:
Gobi Paratha Pizza with Cucumber and Raita. This was good, however, the cook time took about twice as long in our oven. Sometimes I feel like the little Airstream oven either takes longer to pre-heat than a regular oven or that the thermostat isn’t quite right. I may need to get an oven thermometer.
