It brings to mind my recent conversation with Jesse, a mechanic at the new Airstream of Los Angeles. When I remarked that I wished for a “porcelain throne,” he cautioned that our 2010 model plastic toilet was a lot easier for them to repair.

On the kitchen (and lighter) side of life, Mary suggested this morning that I start using your dinner recipes. She’s not only thinking of the healthy nature of your cuisine but also its “small footprint’s” impact on our world.
