    Curtis is so adorable:)

    • That recipe IS awesome! It’s my 3rd time making them. Once I forgot to include the veggies in the bean soak overnight and added them in the morning.

  3. Oh my goodness! Curtie was such a beautiful puppy! Don’t you just live how their coat changes color as they grow?
Ooh, We love Cuban black beans. When we lived in Miami, there were Cuban restaurants everywhere. Yum! I like to use Cubanelle peppers or Italian frying peppers for the sofrito. What a difference in flavor. Delish!

  4. *love vs live… Ugh! Autocorrect.

  5. Oh my gosh isn’t he the cutest boy! I know he has given y’all such love and joy. Our cat is 19 this month and our little Pom is 16. The years went by so fast. We are so blessed to have them with us this long as you are Curtis. Sending you hugs Curtis!
