I found this recipe for banana bites and finally got a chance to make them this past Saturday. They’re so easy and look impressive. Just melt chocolate, dip the banana piece, place on parchment paper and then sprinkle with a topping, then freeze. I tried rolling some pieces in the topping but they turned into a globby mess.
