Last night was our last night with Tim & Amanda here in Anza Borrego, so we had a potluck dinner. Amanda made an eggplant stew and I made asparagus and gruyere tarts. They’re headed to Yuma today and we’re going to meet up with them on Sunday, so it really wasn’t our last night hanging out.
