Vegetable Soup

You know there isn’t anything too exciting to report when I post about food. Last night I made a very good vegetable soup recipe served with some crusty bread.

One of my favorite questions we got when we were on the road the first time around was “how is food in the Airstream?” Uh…the same as it is in a house!

Anyway, 15 days til we hit the road again!

  1. Soup looks to have been prepared by an epicure, but equally as important, it is warm. Last night our thermometer out here in Pegleg registered 28. Ran our furnace much of the night and our solar controller recorded a drop to 12.8, meaning we remained almost fully charged. Would sure like a taste of your cooking.

    • How long are you going to be there? We’ll be in San Diego in January…

      • Most likely we’ll be here through February. Plans call
        for a four-day departure around Christmas, at which time
        we’ll tow to Bullhead City to see my daughter and family,who are in turn visiting wintering in-laws. So come any time!
