The rest of the week here in Borrego Springs has been pretty quiet compared to how it started out. Many have left, so everyone is a bit more scattered out. I’d guess there are about 40 RVs now including this groovy old Airstream Motorhome.
Last night Brian made his famous margaritas, Amanda made tacos and I made snickerdoodle cookies. Everything was really good.

Sounds like a wonderful evening:)
Thought of you tonight with my new salad creation. I took a head of romaine cut in half, a couple big pieces of red pepper, quarter of onion, and a few mushrooms. I sprayed all with EVOO, then pepper and garlic salt. I grilled them all, then chopped. Meantime I cooked some farro. I then tossed it all together. It didn’t any dressing. The olive oil, pepper, and garlic salt were plenty. The farro really made the dish. It could have been a meal all by itself.
Oh that does sound good. We need to camp near each other one of these days!
That would be so much fun. We are headed west in May and will be staying out there this time. Hopefully our routes will match.
North West? We’ll be in Oregon at the end of May.
We won’t leave the east til mid May (have to do the visiting thing before we leave). We will probably visit out way to the WA/OR area. Our ultimate goal is Banffand Jasper right after Labor Day. We’ve read this is a better time to visit that area than the summer.
That IS a groovy Airstream motorhome. Did you get to look inside?
No, he left the very next day. We’re down to 3 Airstreams. Though I think we’re being joined by Malimish tomorrow.
