Our Airstream came with two fantastic fans that have a power/manual lift, 3 speeds, a thermostat and a rain sensor. We’ve never loved all the bells and whistles, and when one broke, we were happy to replace it with a basic fan. No more rain sensors waking us up in the middle of the night!
Thanks Dave for spending your Sunday helping us out!
Dinner Last Night:
Cast iron pan pizza. I made the dough (2 cups white flour, 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour) and Dave rolled it out, sprinkled some flour in the cast iron pans, and folded over the excess dough to make a decorative crust. We set our ovens to 425 and baked the pizzas for about 25 minutes. Delicious!
2015 Cost of Camping:

Man those pizzas look great. Gayle adds a bit of cornmeal to whole wheat crusts, but then, that is the store bought Trader Joe’s crusts. Haven’t made our own in a while.
I love rolling pizza dough out on cornmeal! 🙂
Those pizzas look absolutely amazing!!! Yum! I like the thicker dough!!
Glad you are happy with your new fan:)
I feel compelled to comment on this post after being, um, called out last night. 😉
My, what a handsome couple of guys peering down on you!
