More Airstream Friends

Yesterday Dave & Kelly rolled up in their Airstream to join us at Lake Mead.

We’re taking turns cooking for the next few nights, so I kicked us off with a yummy stuffed shell recipe from The Great Vegan Bean Book, a salad and some crusty bread. For dessert, I made a really good Spiced Apple Cake.
