North Shore Bay Campground

As some of you know, I don’t really get out much during the week. On Monday we went out to dinner to celebrate our “dating” anniversary, but otherwise I’ve been working in the trailer looking at this view from our site at North Shore Bay Campground in Buffalo Bill State Park.

There are a LOT of bunnies at this campground, Curtie even forgot a few times that he’s an old dog and tried chasing them.

Favorite Dinner This Week:
Kale White Bean Farro Salad. It seems like I’ve made many variations of this salad, but this one we particularly liked. The dressing and the sun-dried tomatoes makes it.

2015 Cost of Camping:
86 night paid camping – thru 8/15
133 nights free camping
219 days this year
Total spent: $1740.81
Daily average cost: $7.95

Lovely site. The bunnies don’t look like they’re very afraid of Curtis! That white bean salad look delish. I will add some to the kale salad we buy from Costco. BTW, we met you earlier this year in Anza Borrego. Lynda

Hey Lynda! I think Curtie was inside during those pics, though he certainly tried his best to go after them when he was outside! Will you be back in Borrego this winter?
