Aaron’s 40th

One of the reasons we came to Vegas was for Aaron‘s 40th birthday. So last night we moved our home to the Las Vegas Strip and parked across the street from the Stratopshere Hotel & Casino.

We called ahead to see if we could park the trailer there and they said we could, we just couldn’t sleep in it (so we had to be stealth).

We met the gang for dinner at Sinatra’s at The Encore. The nice thing about restaurants at Wynn & Encore is they have a separate Vegan/Vegetarian menu because Steve Wynn is a vegan.

Dinner was very late (by our standards) but delicious, so when we got back to the trailer we snuck back in unnoticed.

Dinner was early! I made it earlier than I normally would just because you guys were coming. Glad you made it – fun times.

I don’t know why those bright white stripes appear on my jacket – they are dark grey and almost blend into the black – they must be made of some special flash-reflecting material?

Aaron did, but no poker for us. It was a pretty quick whirlwind visit.
