Blue Moon

Last night we were hoping to see a Blue Moon. Well, we did, I just misunderstood what a Blue Moon is. I was expecting to see a blue hue. It actually refers to the third full moon in a four moon season and it won’t happen again until 2015.

Dinner Last Night:
Chilled Parsley and Pea Soup and roasted beet salad. The soup wasn’t very good, but that might be my fault. The parsley I had in the fridge was kind of rotten, so I substituted a cup of chard. It didn’t taste bad at all, just neither of us wanted a bowlful. Fortunately I wasn’t cooking for the Watson’s last night.
