Borrego Springs Boondocking

Last month I got an email from Pam giving me a heads up that our normal boondocking spot at Clark Dry Lake in Borrego Springs was significantly smaller. This weekend, we confirmed the bad news, but fortunately found that there was a wide open space available next door off of Rockhouse Road.

Dinner Last Night:
Vegan Sundried Tomato Meatballs. These were awesome, and the fakey parmesan is delicious.

Glad you got a spot:) After Al put some photos on of their spot, I could see how uncrowded it was. I hope it doesn’t get like it was over Thanksgiving. It was literally wall to wall people. The Pegleg area was a joke, it was so crowded. Have fun with your friends for Christmas. Love that Curtis made the photo:)

I expect it to be wall to wall people, but with people we know! Have a great holiday Pam! 🙂

Keep an eye on Curtie… Last week, I photographed a large and beautiful coyote next to our Agua Caliente campsite. Early the next morning, someone’s off-leash Chihuahua chased something near the beginning of the Nature Trail, yelped, and vanished!
