Flowering Cholla

I took this photo a little over a week ago when Rich took us on the drive across Clark Dry Lake. I was so excited when I spotted the little green flowers from the car, that I insisted that we stop and get a photo. I was saving this picture for a day when I didn’t have anything to post, and it’s finally come. Ta da!

Dinner Last Night:
I wasn’t up for making an elaborate meal, so we had the Creamy Avocado Pasta again with snap peas and chopped tomatoes added. It’s basically creamy guacamole pasta, you can’t go wrong with that.

I printed this one….you are amazing…working full time…moving your home around….boondocking and having the stamina, ingredients and grace to put together such great meals…I am afraid we would be eating tuna and peanut butter…or The Curtie’s kibble!!
