I think we have a Cross Spider aka Cross Orbweaver traveling with us. She’s been riding the Flying Cloud since Washington and hangs on tight during drive days. After Halloween, we’re going to have to set her free. I don’t want her raising a family under our awning.
Dinner Last Night:
Pesto Buckwheat Risotto with Broccoli Rabe. I searched my past posts for risotto, and found a bunch of risotto-like recipes and decided to revisit a few of them this week. The pesto in this recipe is delicious, though I cut the oil in half. I also subbed broccoli rabe and baby greens for the veggies in the recipe.
