Lake Shells

These shells are all over the shore of Eagle Lake.

“Eagle Lake is home to Osprey (Pandion haliaetus) and Bald Eagles (Haliaeetus leucocephalus), from which it gets its name.” (wikipedia) The only birds we’ve spotted were some American White Pelicans floating around in the distance.

Dinner Last Night:
Chipotle Bean Burritos and Guacamole. These bean burritos are always delicious. In place of chipotle chile powder, you can use 1/2 teaspoon regular chili powder plus 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper.
