Life Cube Project

Across the street from Airstream 2 Go in downtown Las Vegas is a parking lot with a giant cube. This guy looked like he was in the know, so we asked him if he could tell us what it was.

His name is John, and he told us that it was a continuously evolving art project that anyone could participate in.

People are also encouraged to write down their goals and dreams on a “wish-stick” and put it in the cube. On Friday March 21 the project will be set on fire “sending our wishes skyward.”

Dinner Last Night:
I’ve made a few chickpea soups in the past few years, but last night’s Chickpea & Rice Soup With A Little Kale was off the charts delicious.

Hi Tom, we love Winthrop! We’ll be back in Washington in July, and on our property for all of August. There’s some great camping between our two locations – maybe we can meet up.

I wish we could see that cube in person. It looks so cool!

That soup is a favorite of ours. We’ve had it a few times and plan on having it many more. So delicious!
