Last night Dan & Tricia joined us for dinner. I was hoping to get a group shot right when they arrived, but the sun is going down earlier and earlier these days so it didn’t work out.

Dinner Last Night:
Nirvana Enchilada Casserole & Mexican Salad with Pomegranate-Lime Dressing. Amanda made a yummy spanish rice and Tricia brought some tasty vegan cupcakes.
The enchiladas were a lot of work, but really very good, and the salad is a reliable repeat for us.
