WA Land for Sale

We’ve decided to sell our rural recreational land in the Okanogan County of Washington!

Our itinerary is going to keep us on the road indefinitely and our not-so-secret project needs additional funding. So even though we LOVE the solitude of our property in the Aeneas Valley, selling it makes sense for us right now.

This 20.16 acres of rolling hills has multiple building sites and is an ideal spot for RVers that love to boondock. With the improvements listed below, and access to the county road, we think it’s competitively priced to sell at $75,000.

entrance

In 2011 we carved out an entrance from the county road.

shed

In 2012 we built a 200 square foot storage shed. The interior is unfinished.

freshly-gravelled

Later that year we graveled a driveway from the county road to our parcel and leveled out an area that can accommodate 8 trailers at one time!

wildflowers

My favorite time of year there is when the flowers are in bloom. Each month brings different color. See: flowers in May and flowers in June.

I am assuming that there is contractual language that will still permit us to park there?

Hi Jim! I can’t imagine it will sell that fast – I think you’re safe in the short term!

This must have been a really tough decision to make. For the reasons you mentioned I can understand why you’re putting it up for sale, but it still must be hard to let it go. At least you’ve been able to spend a lot of time there in the last few years. I am really happy that we got to experience this special place last summer. Good luck with the sale.
