I could tell you where we are now with another establishing shot of the trailer, but I don’t want to post a trailer shot 2 days in a row. So pictured above is a pretty flower we saw on our hike down to the ocean in Big Sur.
Dinner Last Night:
Roasted Cauliflower and Mustard-Hummus Rice Bowl with Garlicky Spinach. There wasn’t any organic cauliflower at the market so I made this with broccoli and our favorite hummus minus the cumin (no need to do it in steps like the recipe says, I just blend it all at once). The mix of the mustard and hummus with the rice and veggies was really tasty!

Columbine
I believe the flower is Columbine. Very pretty!
Add a third vote for the columbine, which I believe is Colorado’s state flower.
I am anxious to try that rice bowl you posted…sounds yummy! 🙂
I can’t help with the flower identity but I am thrilled you liked the hummus-mustard combo as much as us. 🙂
Hi Janet! That was a total surprise for me thanks for the recipe!
It is a columbine… of course they grow wild but you can sure plant them and they come up again and again in the right spot. Had them in the yard in California coastal area…
Hi Rebecca! It seems like everyone knew it but me! (Now I know)
