Emigrant Lake County Park

On Monday we moved over to The Point RV Park at Emigrant Lake County Park in Ashland Oregon where all of the campsites have a water view.

It’s $30 a night for full hookups. We have both Verizon, AT&T and over the air TV here. To top it off, we also we’re hanging out with our friends and fellow Airstreamers David & Kelly all week.

Dinner Last Night:
Kelly prepared Vegan Chilaquiles which she adapted from this Chicken Chilaquiles recipe. She added black beans and used pepper jack Daiya cheese to accommodate our new plant based diet. It was awesome and the cheese was surprisingly good.

2013 Cost of Camping:
43 nights paid camping
105 nights free camping
148 days this year
Total spent on camping this year: $851.08
Daily average cost of camping: $5.75

Prior to this year, that’s where all the other Memorial day family reunions were held.
