Soup & Salad

This was supposed to be a picture of our friend Tim, however, Tim had to cancel dinner with us so pictured above is what I was going to serve him. I didn’t make up the recipe, so I can say the soup was fantastic. The key is using dried beans and soaking them over night vs. canned beans. (Ali this is a must make for soup night).

    No matter the question, canned beans (especially in soup) are almost never the answer.
